Our goal is that clients are fully aware of their coverage at the commencement of therapy.
We do not conduct sessions every other week. We believe sessions are most beneficial on a weekly basis. Through the course of therapy you may feel that you need to meet less frequently. This is an indication that you have made progress and perhaps time to work with your therapist toward and an end date.
An important part of therapy is the termination process. We want to support clients who are ending therapy to do so in the healthiest way possible. A productive way to do this, is to work collaboratively with your therapist and intentionally move toward an end to therapy.

If you cannot work through these feelings, then your therapist will work with you in finding an appointment with a different clinician within the group. We believe that the client therapist relationship is the most important ingredient to successful therapy. We will do everything we can to insure that you are working with someone you feel comfortable with.
