Therapy is a space for emotional safety where you can show up as you are. Whether you are exploring your identity, navigating anxiety or depression, healing from trauma, struggling in your relationships, or simply feeling stuck, I believe meaningful change can begin with feeling seen, understood, and accepted. I approach therapy with acceptance of where you are today while also creating opportunities to explore where you would like to go. Together, we can make sense of the experiences, relationships, and patterns that have shaped you and discover new ways of moving forward that feel authentic to who you are.

I work with individuals, couples, and families, with a particular passion for supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent clients, athletes, and young adults. I also enjoy working with couples across diverse relationship structures, including LGBTQIA+ relationships and those practicing ethical non-monogamy or polyamory. My approach is active, collaborative, trauma-informed, and systemic. This means that our work considers not only what is happening within you, but also the relationships, families, communities, cultures, and systems that influence how you experience yourself and the world around you.

I value emotional safety, curiosity, authenticity, and even humor when it has a place in the room. You do not have to minimize or hide parts of yourself in order for us to work towards change. I hope to create a therapeutic relationship where all parts of you can be welcomed with curiosity and compassion, while also creating space to recognize and challenge patterns that may no longer be serving you. You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. We can start with where you are and work together toward change that feels meaningful and sustainable.
