Hello and welcome. My name is Elley (she/her), and I’m honored to be considered as your potential therapist. I understand that committing to a therapeutic practice takes effort and resources, and I appreciate all the steps you have taken to arrive here. We might work well together if you value a holistic approach to wellness and desire more meaningful connections with yourself and your loved ones. My style is relational, collaborative, and focused on developing a more empowering personal story that is felt in the body and reflected in your relationships. I bring a thoughtful blend of talk therapy and somatic therapy, and I am also trained in Brainspotting to help you creatively locate, process, and release unresolved trauma or emotional pain. When working with couples, I aim to invite transformative experiences during session and offer practical tools to integrate learnings in between sessions. When working with families, I view your family as a system with many meaningful parts and interconnected rhythms, rather than isolated issues or problem individuals. With all of the folks I support, I am committed to honoring your experiences and holding your stories with care.
If you’d like to connect further, I would be delighted to hear from you.
