Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist#161977 under Licensed Supervision
I work with individuals, teens, and couples navigating body image concerns, self-worth, anxiety, relationship struggles, and the pressure to hold everything together. You may find yourself questioning old patterns, feeling disconnected from yourself, moving through a career or life transition, or wondering why the same feelings keep coming up.
My work with you is rooted in curiosity, warmth, and a desire to understand what has shaped you. Together, we can explore how early relationships, family patterns, culture, the body, and nervous system influence how you feel, cope, relate, and move through the world today.
As someone who has lived between different identities, cultures, and expectations, I bring sensitivity to questions of belonging, family roles, partnership, parenthood, and self-understanding. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in creative fields, and that background continues to shape the imagination, openness, and relational presence I bring to my clinical work.
In the therapy room, I am warm, engaged, and attuned. I move at a pace that feels respectful and supportive, while also offering honest reflection and gentle challenge when patterns may be getting in the way of change.
