Holly has extensive experience working with individuals and loved ones navigating acute and chronic health conditions, with an understanding of the emotional and psychological impact that health concerns can have. Her work has provided her a deep understanding of how physical health and emotional well-being can influence each another. Additionally, Holly recognizes that many experiences can impact an individual’s ability to cope, whether that be a change in health, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, or other stressors. Her goal is to always understand the whole person and meet them where they are.

Holly takes a collaborative and individualized approach in therapy, recognizing that each person’s experiences, strengths, and needs are unique. She draws from a range of evidence-based approaches to help individuals develop greater self-awareness, self-compassion, build resilience, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence. Holly strives to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space for individuals to explore current concerns, gain insight into underlying patterns, and develop greater understanding of what may be contributing to any distress.
