Are you unfulfilled with your life or relationships? Do you experience overwhelm trying to juggle your roles and responsibilities? Can your thoughts or emotions feel unmanageable at times? I offer a compassionate space where we can explore your relational dynamics and help you better understand the beliefs and early experiences that shape how you see yourself and connect with others. Every person has= something unique and valuable to bring to the world. Through our work together, we will tap into your inner strengths and wisdom to carve a new path forward and move towards a more authentic, grounded, and intentional way of living.

When working with couples and families, I foster vulnerability, curiosity, and compassion to help build alignment around shared goals of connection, communication, and emotional safety.

I received my B.A. from Cornell University and my M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. My clinical experience includes individual counseling, residential treatment, group therapy, and family and couples counseling. I primarily draw from psychodynamic and attachment-based approaches, integrating trauma-informed care with mindfulness, Gestalt, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
