Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #139643

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 8 years of experience. My professional experience includes working with children, teenagers, and adults in non-profit settings and with female survivors of domestic violence.  I have worked with children, adults and teenagers who have experienced anxiety, depression, PTSD, abuse, domestic violence and sexual assault to psychoeducate, help them overcome their symptoms/behaviors to live a healthier and happier life.  My work with parents has focused on improving their parenting skills and learning to co-parent with one another with respect and being heard from each other.  I have facilitated group therapy and provide individual counseling to female survivors of domestic violence so they may stop the cycle of abuse, gain their self worth back and learn to live safely again.

My goal has always been to provide a safe and comfortable environment for my clients.  While utilizing an eclectic therapeutic approach, from solution focused to cognitive behavioral and evidence based, I am focused on bringing patience, compassion and a direct style so all of my clients can be met with nonjudgement, validation, respect and be challenged so that they can learn to live authentically, overcome their stressors and live a life that brings them happiness and peace.  In our sessions I will strive to meet you where you are at and collaborate with you to create goals for yourself.
