Hola, my name is Theresita Gonzalez. I am a bilingual, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 5 years of experience treating adults and Spanish speaking clients.

I graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I am also a graduate from University of Southern California where I obtained a Master Degree in Social Work. My clinical work includes working with adult with severe mental illness in a psychiatric hospital setting in addition to working with children and families at community based mental health agencies within Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. I have provided therapy in both individual and family settings working on issues which include depression, anxiety, grief/loss, relationship issues, life transitions, anger management and trauma.

As a therapist, my goal is to provide a safe, caring and a nonjudgmental space to help client’s process life challenges and struggles. While providing empathy and support, I work with everyone to promote positive change to enhance their quality of life.
