I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 5 years of experience. I provide therapy from an eclectic style, to assist my clients with their current needs. I also use a psychodynamic approach to explore underlying issues to current life stressors. My style is interactive, easy going, with the use of humor to build rapport with my clients. I enjoy working interactively and collaboratively with clients, while providing a safe space to discuss life stressors. 

I am bilingual (English/Spanish). I am trained in a variety of evidenced based practices such as; Individual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Seeking Safety.
